I would like to add another device but I get a message saying, "Maximum users for this voucher exceeded."

A total of 5 (five) devices per voucher code may be registered at one time. Once a device has been registered with a voucher code it cannot be removed by the user.

Submit a ticket with your voucher code requesting the number of users be reset.
