Forget a network on your device

*Be sure to restart your device once completing the steps*

Window 10

1. Click the WiFi icon on the lower right corner of your screen, or open Windows Settings.
2. Click Network and Internet Settings.
3. Click Wi-Fi settings on the left side of the screen.
4. Under Manage known networks, click on the property named network (one at a time):
a. “Buzz Basic”
b. “Buzz+”
5. Click Forget.

Mac
1. Click on the Wi-Fi icon at the top right of your top menu bar.

2. Click Open Network Preferences.
3. Click Advanced.
4. Find the property named network, and click on it (one at a time):
a. “Buzz Basic”
b. “Buzz+”
5. Click the minus — sign.
6. Click Apply.

iPhone / iPad
1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap WiFi.
3. Tap the i icon next to the property named network (one at a time):
a. “Buzz Basic”
b. “Buzz+”
4. Tap Forget This Network.
5. Tap Forget to confirm.

Android

1. Open Settings.
2. Tap on the WiFi icon.
3. Tap and hold the property named network (one at a time):
a. “Buzz Basic”
b. “Buzz+”
4. Tap Forget network.

Amazon FireStick

1. Click on the “Home” icon on your remote.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. Select the property named network (one at a time):
a. “Buzz Basic”
b. “Buzz+”
5. Select Forget this network.
