How do I find my iPhone's MAC address?

To find your iPhone's MAC address, navigate to "settings->general->about->Wi-Fi Address".  Every network device is assigned a MAC address when it is manufactured.  The MAC address is made up of 6 pairs of a sequence of two capital letters or numbers separated by colons (as in "A1:B2:C3:87:BE:FF").  Enter it exactly as it appears, including the colons.
